In 1989, Aaron started working in the pallet industry with his father and brother, doing everything from sweeping the floor to eventually managing the business. He enjoyed and deeply appreciated the many relationships that were built along the way. Aaron transitioned to other business ventures in 1995 but he kept his subscription to Pallet Enterprise as a way of staying connected with the industry.

An opportunity arose in 2015 to purchase a small pallet operation in Michigan, and after consideration and prayer Aaron and his wife Lisa decided to go ahead with the purchase. On January 18, 2016 they signed the papers and Rose Acres Pallet became Pallet Solutions. Aaron enjoyed the challenge of bringing fresh vision to the business and providing value in that community from a distance, while the main office stayed in his hometown of Winesburg, Ohio. With time they expanded the business by starting production in Ohio as well.

Today Aaron still enjoys the relationships built in the marketplace and with his employees. Providing value and resources to both is a privilege he is grateful for.
