In 1989, Aaron started working in the pallet industry with his father, doing everything from sweeping the floor, cutting lumber and assembly of pallets to eventually managing the business. He enjoyed and deeply appreciated the many relationships that were built along the way. Aaron transitioned to other business ventures, some of which entailed purchasing pallets and underscored the need for a reliable pallet supplier in the marketplace.

The opportunity in 2015 to purchase a pallet operation in Michigan was an answer to prayer for multiple reasons and has provided a strategic platform to add value in the midwest market. Aaron enjoyed the challenge of bringing fresh vision to the business and providing value in that community from a distance, while the main sales and logistics office is based in Winesburg, Ohio. 

Today Aaron still enjoys the relationships built in the marketplace and with his employees. Providing value and resources to both is a privilege he is grateful to God for.
